WELCOME !
We are a family church in the heart of the community in Macclesfield. We aim to share our love for God with each other and the wider community through a wide range of activities for people in every age group.

Our Church
We meet on Sunday mornings at 10.30 am for a lively and varied time of worship, enjoying music, words and friendship as we celebrate the presence of God amongst us. Our services are relaxed and we welcome children as part of our family with access to a play area at the back of the Church, a crèche and a special programme of activities for children, age 5+ on most Sunday mornings.
Vision
The people of St George's Street Baptist Church aim to share God's love
with one another and the local community.
Leaders
The Church is led by a group of nine deacons. They are divided into three teams who focus on the practical priorities of the Church.
1. The Fellowship Team
2. The Outreach Team
3. The Facilities Team

Care Groups
Our church life depends on the support we gain from our friends through meeting regularly in each other's homes for study, discussion and prayer. There are four Care Groups meeting across Macclesfield and Congleton. These provide the pastoral support in the Church as well as providing meetings that encourage and challenge us in our Christian journey.
